Taste the Cheeseburger Madness Championship Burger, featured on the
Farm-to-Table menu April 21-23!
Made with ingredients from local farms including Walnut Hill Farm, Premium Pastured Meats, Yarnick’s Farm, and Evergreen Hydroponics, the BLACK CHERRY DOUBLE PORK CHEESEBURGER is stuffed with butter and bone marrow and wrapped in an Applewood smoked bacon weave. Ricotta cheese, onions, heirloom tomatoes, bread and butter pickles, red leaf lettuce and black cherry glaze top the burger, which is served on a bacon topped coffee glazed bun, grilled with bacon jam.
